Reviews and Ratings
I had high hopes for the Luxx Boutique, but my experience was a letdown. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the downtown area, but the room setup was misleading and uncomfortable for our group. The lack of staff after 10 PM and safety concerns left me feeling uneasy. Overall, while the hotel had potential, it fell short in terms of comfort and safety.
My stay at Luxx Boutique was a mixed bag. The location is superb, making it easy to explore Santa Fe. However, my so-called 'two bedroom suite' was disappointing, as it ended up being just a double room with a single bathroom for four people. Service was lacking, especially since I had issues getting the door code on arrival and finding staff when needed. Overall, it's an interesting place but not quite what I expected.
This hotel has a great location that allows you to explore Santa Fe easily, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. When I arrived, I faced issues with check-in and getting in touch with staff, which made for a frustrating start to my stay. The room was comfortable, but the overall experience was hampered by the lack of available staff when needed.
My stay at the Luxx Boutique was a mixed bag. The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a block from downtown Santa Fe, making it easy to explore. The rooms are clean and well-kept, but the lack of proper privacy in the 'suite' setup was disappointing. Another issue was the customer service, which was often hard to reach when I needed them. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, the service left a lot to be desired.
I had a delightful stay at this funky boutique hotel. The ambiance is vibrant, and the spacious rooms with remarkable artwork made my anniversary trip truly special. While the staff was attentive and accommodating, the breakfast service had a minor hiccup, which was a bit disappointing. However, the fantastic location made it easy to explore the area, and I would definitely come back again.
